General Manager

Anatolia Hospitality is seeking an experienced, dynamic and forward-thinking Hotel General Manager to lead the pre-opening and successful launch of the new ONOMA Hotel in Athens.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a new lifestyle hospitality project from its very beginning, playing a key role in establishing its operational structure, building its team and shaping the overall guest experience.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven leadership, strong operational expertise, commercial awareness and a hands-on approach to hotel management, combined with a genuine passion for modern hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for the daily operation of the hotel.
• Supervision and coordination of all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, etc.).
• Cash handling oversight, revenue control and financial procedures management.
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures and quality standards.
• Leading, developing and evaluating hotel teams.
• Handling operational issues and guest complaints.
• Liaising with accounting, suppliers and external partners.
• Monitoring KPIs, budgets and performance targets.
• Ensuring a high-quality guest experience at all times.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager or Senior Operations Manager in a city hotel.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations and daily workflows.
• Solid understanding of cash handling, financial controls and cost management.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with PMS, POS systems and reporting tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.
