Duties

• Oversee daily operations of the establishment, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals and objectives
• Manage and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
• Collaborate with other managers to coordinate activities and resolve issues
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, policies, and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Skills

• Experience as an assistant manager or in a similar leadership role
• Excellent team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire employees
• Knowledge of lawn care/landscape/plow management principles and practices
• Ability to conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on qualifications and fit
