General Manager

We’re hiring: General Manager | Silvāna Raipur

Silvāna is an 81-room luxury resort taking shape in Raipur, with a clubhouse, fine dining, coffee shop, multiple banquets and lawns, and a rooftop presidential suite. We’re looking for the person who will run it like it matters.

You are

• A hospitality leader with 20+ years of experience, including GM tenure at a 4-star or 5-star hotel or resort
• Commercially sharp: you’ve grown RevPAR, protected margins and owned a P&L
• Obsessive about standards, with SOPs that are lived rather than laminated
• A builder of HODs who hold their departments accountable

You will

• Lead all departments: Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Kitchen, Engineering, Security, Sales, HR and Finance
• Own revenue, profitability, budgets and cost control
• Turn guest experience into repeat business, with complaints resolved before they become reviews
• Grow rooms, weddings, events and F&B, and position Silvāna as Chhattisgarh’s benchmark
• Work directly with ownership on strategy and long-term growth
