General Manager

In this role, you will be the driving force behind our daily operations, ensuring that our team is motivated, our customers are happy, and our business goals are met. Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily business activities, manage operational costs, and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Active Crew Management: Provide hands-on leadership and direction to the crew. Prevent workplace complacency by consistently enforcing store standards, keeping staff engaged, and holding the team accountable for their performance.
• Team Leadership: Hire, train, monitor, and motivate staff to build a highly productive and positive work environment.
• Financial Management: Monitor financial activities, analyze accounting data, and generate accurate, timely reports.
• Business Strategy: Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales, improve revenue, and identify new growth opportunities.
• Vendor Relations: Engage with and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
• Quality & Safety: Ensure the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and service quality are maintained at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Safe Serve Certified (Required).
• Must pass a mandatory background check and drug test.
• Proven experience in a leadership or management role, with a strong understanding of business functions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with both staff and customers.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Computer literate with the ability to handle administrative and financial reporting.
• A proactive nature and a strong, hands-on work ethic.
