Bring the Energy. Lead the Experience. Make Your Mark in Brooklyn.
Moxy is anything but ordinary, and neither is Williamsburg. Located in one of Brooklyn’s most creative, energetic, and trendsetting neighborhoods, Moxy Brooklyn Williamsburg is looking for a dynamic General Manager who knows how to lead with personality, think outside the box, and deliver results without losing the fun.
We’re looking for a hospitality leader who can balance strong business performance with a bold lifestyle experience. Someone who knows how to build a winning team, create memorable guest experiences, and bring the Moxy spirit to life every day.
If you’re a hands-on leader with a passion for lifestyle hotels, a strong F&B background, and a knack for turning great energy into great results, we want to meet you!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the Operation: Lead all aspects of hotel operations, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Sales, Maintenance, and overall financial performance.
- Drive the Numbers: Take ownership of budgets, forecasting, labor costs, expenses, and profitability. Great vibes are important, but so are great results.
- Bring the Moxy Experience to Life: Create a lively, engaging atmosphere that reflects the personality of the brand and the creative energy of Williamsburg.
- Build an Amazing Team: Recruit, develop, coach, and retain associates who bring their best to work and make every guest interaction count.
- Make Guests Want to Come Back: Champion exceptional service, resolve guest concerns, and create experiences that turn first-time visitors into loyal fans.
- Lead Food & Beverage: Use your executive F&B experience to drive quality, service, team engagement, and revenue opportunities across the hotel's dining and beverage operations.
- Keep Standards High: Ensure the hotel looks sharp, feels welcoming, and delivers on brand standards for cleanliness, maintenance, and overall product quality.
- Partner for Success: Work closely with the hotel leadership team and company executives to set goals, solve challenges, and continually improve performance.
- Protect the Asset: Oversee preventative maintenance, building upkeep, and operational efficiencies to protect the hotel's physical and financial assets.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of General Manager experience in a lifestyle hotel is required.
- 3+ years of executive-level Food & Beverage management experience is required.
- Marriott brand experience is highly preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- A proven track record of managing hotel financials, driving profitability, controlling labor costs, and delivering results.
- A hands-on, people-first leadership style with the ability to motivate teams, develop talent, and hold people accountable.
- Strong operational instincts, sound business judgment, and the ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and working with budgets, forecasts, financial reports, and performance metrics.
Why Moxy Williamsburg?

This is an opportunity to lead a lifestyle hotel where personality matters, the guest experience is everything, and your leadership can make a real impact.
