**Job Overview:**

We at Bagels & Co. are currently seeking a dedicated and competent individual to join our team as a General Manager. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing daily operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the store, and providing outstanding guest services and hospitality.

This position offers an opportunity to grow within a dynamic restaurant/cafe environment.

**Responsibilities:**

• Oversee all aspects in planning, scheduling, inventory, including ordering and receiving products to ensure efficient operation of the store.

• Supervise employees, providing coaching and direction to maintain high performance standards.

• Oversee inventory management and daily production to meet customer demand and minimize waste.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, health and safety regulations at all times

• Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and providing support to staff members.

• Train and supervise staff on product knowledge, customer service, and store policies

• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner, striving to resolve issues promptly and satisfactorily.

• Manage shifts effectively to meet sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction

• Conduct interviews for new hires and participate in the hiring process

• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including dining areas, kitchen, and storage areas.

**Qualifications.**

• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the restaurant industry.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members towards achieving goals.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

-Experience in FOH and BOH operations.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service.

• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

• Knowledge of inventory management and basic accounting principles.

• Flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
