Reporting directly to the District Manager, you will lead high-performing teams to elevate guest satisfaction across all workplace dining and café locations.

In this role, you will blend day-to-day operational leadership with strategic financial management and tech-forward execution. As we scale, our workspaces expand beyond traditional kitchens to encompass dynamic, non-traditional dining and workplace solutions. Partnering with executive stakeholders, you will empower managers, establish operational standards, bring creative solutioning to non-traditional dining formats, and champion a culture centered on safety, service, and continuous innovation.

We are seeking a seasoned leader with strong business acumen and a passion for creating exceptional workplace dining experiences. If you thrive on motivating teams, optimizing multi-unit food programs, and fostering community engagement, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a high-visibility impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational & Financial Ownership: Direct all day-to-day café operations, P&L management, budgeting, and financial forecasting while maintaining strict alignment with fiscal and quality standards.
  • Innovative Hospitality & Culinary Integration: Partner with culinary, nutrition, and marketing teams to launch modern dining concepts, support sustainable food trends, and curate engaging workplace environments.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal and external partners, including procurement, risk management, culinary, and people operations, to support strategic business goals and brand standards.
  • Talent & Culture Leadership: Lead comprehensive HR functions, including talent acquisition, professional development, performance coaching, and progressive counseling.
  • Safety & Compliance: Cultivate an uncompromising culture of food safety, workplace security, and operational compliance.
  • Communication & Responsiveness: Maintain clear, honest, and timely communication with clients, leadership, and guests, ensuring all feedback and inquiries are resolved proactively.

Preferred Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Business Management, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive food service management experience, with a strong background in multi-unit or high-volume operations.
  • Proven track record in financial management, P&L accountability, and budget optimization.
  • Tech-savvy approach with a strong working knowledge of modern workspace tools, data analytics, and digital platforms.
  • Exceptional leadership, emotional intelligence, and communication skills suited for a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Deep passion for sustainable food practices, hospitality innovation, and elevating the workplace experience.
