Role Description The General Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi. The General Manager will oversee overall business operations, including strategic planning, budgeting, and performance management across RCG’s companies. Daily responsibilities include leading and mentoring cross-functional teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing key client and principal relationships, and driving business development initiatives in core sectors such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Power. The role involves monitoring operational efficiency, implementing process improvements, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations, and reporting business performance to senior leadership. The General Manager will also collaborate on long-term growth strategies, evaluate market opportunities, and support the implementation of new products, services, and solutions.

• Relevant experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Marine, or industrial sectors, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Arabic language skills are an added benefit.
• Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi and travel within the UAE as needed.
