Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced General Manager – Real Estate to oversee our sales operations, lead teams, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, sales management, strategic planning, and customer relationship skills, with a proven ability to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the overall real estate sales operations.
• Lead and motivate Team Leaders, Business Development Executives, and sales teams.
• Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies.
• Monitor team performance, sales activities, and conversion rates.
• Generate new business opportunities and develop strong client relationships.
• Support the team in negotiations, site visits, and property closures.
• Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
• Recruit, train, and develop sales team members.
• Prepare and present sales performance reports to management.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and other departments for smooth project execution.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Identify new opportunities to increase revenue and expand the business.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
