General Manager

Oversee the overall resort operations, strategic planning, financial performance, and team management to ensure excellent guest experiences and business profitability.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and oversee all resort departments and daily operations.
• Develop business strategies to improve revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational expenses.
• Supervise department heads and ensure efficient staff performance.
• Establish and maintain high standards for guest service, cleanliness, and facility maintenance.
• Address major guest concerns and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with hospitality regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and operational improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in hotel or resort operations, preferably in a senior management role.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of budgeting, revenue management, and business operations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
