GENERAL MANAGER

Qualification: BSc. in Civil Engineering is preferable PMP, MBA in Business Administration or relevant field

Work as a GM minimum 3 years in Oman or High Management Level

Mainly: in Real Estate and Development, Trading Business, Hospitality Industry is a plus

Geographical Experience: Oman or GCC country for 3 years

Total Year of Experience: 14 years justified

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the Board in implementing strategic goals and ensuring operational alignment with budget and policies
• Proven leadership, problem solving, leasing and sales operations, driving occupancy, revenue growth, and market position across residential and commercial assets
• Develop and implement sales, leasing , Pricing and marketing strategies in with approved budgets and ownership expectations
• Oversee tenant relations, customer experience, renewals, contract closures and coordination with property and facility management teams.
• SUpport the Board and ownership in real estate development initiatives, including feasibility reviews, investment evaluations, planning and approvals.
• Coordianete with architects, consultants, contractors and statutory authorities to support efficient project execution and compliance
• Provide oversight and strategic support for hospitality, hotel assets including performance monitoring, operation coordination and improvement initiatives.
• Lead and manage across functional teams across real estate operations, development support and hospitality coordination
• Operate effectively within a family business structure, maintaining confidentiality, trust and close alignment with shareholders and senior stakeholders
• Senior management experience in real estate sector
• Having experience of managing group of companies and Family group business
• Being an energetic, dynamic and enthusiastic leader with demonstrable experience of driving change.

Communication Skills: Good communication, interpersonal skills and with cultural sensitivity. Gifted with negotiation and convincing skills

Language: English, Additional: Hindi, Arabic and any Extra considered plus

Computer skills: Main: MS Office programs with adequate knowledge in using Excel, ERP System. Extra Skills and program or applications will be plus

Pay: RO500.000 - RO3,000.000 per month
