Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily store operations, including sales techniques, inventory control, and customer service to ensure optimal performance.
• Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members
• Oversee employee orientation programs
• Own operational activities such as cashiering at the POS (Point of Sale) system operation, and customer interactions to maintain smooth store flow.
• Drive sales management efforts by setting targets, analyzing sales data, and developing strategies to meet or exceed goals.
• Foster a positive work environment through strong managerial communication, leadership, and team management skills while ensuring compliance with safety protocols and organizational policies.

Skills

• Proven experience in restaurant management with strong supervisory skills and team leadership capabilities.
• Extensive knowledge of POS systems, inventory control techniques, merchandising practices, and retail math fundamentals.
• Skilled in employee orientation, training & development, recruiting, and performance management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently across budgeting, purchasing, scheduling shifts, and operational management.
• Demonstrated expertise in customer service excellence

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
