Ready to take the next step in your pub career?

The Malt House is a small, cosy pub in the heart of Seaton, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, driven General Manager to take charge of the day-to-day operation and help us grow.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Deputy Manager or strong Assistant Manager ready to step into their first General Manager role. Experienced General Managers are equally welcome.

With our kitchen launching soon, experience in a pub food operation is essential. We need someone who can bring together great beer, great food and service that keeps guests coming back.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Leads by example and takes pride in running a welcoming, well-organised pub. Can develop our small team, recruit well and build a strong team spirit. Understands food service, stock control, staffing and maintaining high standards. Has fresh ideas and the drive to grow sales and build a successful business. Enjoys getting to know customers and becoming part of the local community.

You’ll have the opportunity to make your mark, help shape our food launch and create a pub experience people love.
