General Manager

Duties:

• Oversee daily operations of the bakery, ensuring exceptional customer service -Manage and lead a team of bakery staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Create and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized environment

Requirements: - Previous experience in hospitality management or a similar role

• Dependable, consistent attendance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using POS systems for cash handling
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
