Position Overview

Primary Duties

Candidate Profile

• 4–6+ years of senior‑level management experience in upscale, fine‑dining, or high‑volume settings

• Strong financial and operational skill set, including labor and cost management
• Polished communication skills and a guest‑centric leadership style
• Experience within chef‑driven or multi‑concept environments is highly valued
• Prior NYC leadership experience strongly preferred
