General Manager

About the role

EG Bonifacio City Inc. is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead operations and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the organization, ensuring operational excellence, financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer experience. This role requires a strategic leader who can effectively oversee multiple departments, including Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, and Front and Back of House functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company goals and growth objectives.
• Lead and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, cost control, and profitability initiatives.
• Monitor service quality and implement programs that enhance guest satisfaction and customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, food and beverage industry standards, and company policies.
• Lead department heads and foster collaboration across all business functions.
• Present operational and financial performance reports to Management.
• Drive organizational development, continuous improvement, and business expansion initiatives.
• Represent the company in industry engagements, partnerships, and external business activities.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years managerial or senior leadership experience, preferably in the Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Restaurant, or Service Industry.
• Strong background in operations management, financial management, and people leadership.
• Proven track record in driving business growth and operational excellence.
• Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws, business compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
• Proficient in business reporting, budgeting, and performance management.
