Three Daughters is a pasta club built on shared plates, second helpings, and no judgement on ordering two desserts. We care about the details, not because they're fancy, but because they make people feel at home.

We're looking for a General Manager to lead our team. Someone who can run a busy restaurant with confidence, bring out the best in people, and make sure every guest feels welcome.

What you'll do

• Lead and support the team, setting the standard for warm, genuine service.
• Oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen, bar, and restaurant.
• Keep service running smoothly, even on the busiest nights.
• Manage rotas, stock, budgets, and financial performance.
• Maintain standards across food, drinks, service, and atmosphere.
• Help train and develop the team as Three Daughters grows.

Who you are

• You've managed a busy pub or restaurant, or you're a strong Assistant General Manager ready for the next step.
• You're confident, organised, and calm under pressure.
• You're hands-on and happy to jump in wherever needed.
• You care about good food, good drinks, and even better hospitality.
• You understand P&Ls, rotas, and stock management.
• You notice the little details and know how to bring out the best in people.
