General Manager

Overview

As General Manager, you’ll lead day-to-day operations of our transport team, support your team and help deliver a consistent customer experience. You’ll bring a practical, organised approach to leadership and communicate clearly with colleagues and customers.

Duties

• Lead, supervise and develop the team, coordinating priorities and daily tasks
• organised records and handle calls with professional phone etiquette.
• Plan workloads effectively, using strong time management and organisational skills.
• Your impact: Clear leadership and well-coordinated

40-50h per week 28 days holiday

Wages depending on experience 40k+

Must have experience in psv coach industry

Transport management cpc

Psv driving licence

Must be experienced in day to day running of transport, managing drivers hours , tachograph data analysis,

Planning & Allocating work loads

Planning & of maintenance schedules

Be able to bring new contacts and business

Strong leadership skills

Pay: From £40,000.00 per year
