Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced General Manager with strong real estate industry knowledge to lead sales, marketing, business development, project coordination, and overall operations. The candidate must have a proven track record in property sales, revenue generation, team management, and achieving business targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, expand the customer base, and drive real estate business growth.
• Sales Management: Develop sales strategies, achieve monthly and annual targets, and monitor plot, land, and property sales.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage Sales Heads, Sales Managers, Business Development Executives, and Telecalling Teams.
• Revenue Generation: Drive revenue, improve conversion rates, monitor collections, and maximize profitability.
• Marketing Strategy: Coordinate digital marketing, lead generation, promotional campaigns, and property marketing activities.
• Customer Relationship Management: Handle high-value clients, negotiations, customer concerns, and major property deals.
• Site & Project Coordination: Coordinate with project, planning, legal, documentation, and site teams to ensure sales readiness.
• Market Analysis: Analyse competitor activities, property prices, customer demand, and emerging real estate opportunities.
• Performance Monitoring: Review daily sales reports, lead follow-ups, site visits, booking status, and team performance.
• Budget & Financial Control: Monitor sales budgets, marketing expenses, business performance, and profitability.
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure coordination for property documents, approvals, agreements, and applicable real estate regulations.
• Management Reporting: Submit regular business performance reports, sales forecasts, and strategic recommendations to the Directors.

Required Skills

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate revenue.
• Good knowledge of land, plots, property transactions, and documentation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, CRM software, and sales reporting.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
