What You'll Own

• Lead, coach, and develop employees and department leaders, building a culture of accountability and performance.
• Drive sales growth by strengthening customer relationships and developing the outside sales team.
• Oversee financial performance, inventory, purchasing, equipment sales and rental, and service operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and customer service.
• Build a strong team, identify future leaders, and contribute to the continued growth of the Minot operation.

What You'll Bring

• At least three years of management experience leading a mid-to-large-sized team, including full P&L responsibility.
• A track record of developing employees, growing sales, and improving business results.
• Strong financial and operational acumen, including the ability to interpret financial reports and evaluate profitability.
• Experience in retail management, equipment dealerships, equipment rental, or related distribution.
• A hands-on leadership style, sound business judgment, initiative, and the ability to adapt as the business evolves.
• A bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience across equipment sales, rental, parts, and service is valuable
