General Manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven General Sales and Operations Manager to oversee retail operations, compliance, customer service, manpower productivity, inventory controls, audit readiness, and consistent policy implementation across its branch network.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and standardize retail operations across all branches.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, financing procedures, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
• Strengthen inventory, asset, cash, documentation, and motorcycle release controls.
• Monitor branch performance, customer service, complaints, audit findings, manpower productivity, and operational risks.
• Lead branch openings, stabilization, corrective action plans, process improvements, and business continuity initiatives.
• Support the proper execution of approved sales and marketing programs.
• Coordinate with Sales, Credit and Collection, Finance, HR, Audit, Inventory, Logistics, Marketing, Service Operations, and IT.
• Provide executive management with regular operational reports and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any Business or Engineering course.
• At least eight years of progressive experience in retail operations, dealership operations, branch management, consumer financing, distribution, or a related field.
• At least five years of management experience overseeing a large or geographically dispersed branch network.
• Experience managing at least 100 employees, directly or indirectly.
• Strong experience managing regional, area, cluster, or branch leaders.
• Proven background in compliance, audit management, inventory control, customer service, risk management, and process improvement.
• Experience in motorcycle, automotive, appliance, retail banking, consumer lending, microfinance, or installment-financing operations is preferred.
• Willing to travel extensively across the Visayas.

The ideal candidate is disciplined, analytical, customer-focused, and capable of translating company strategies into consistent and compliant branch-level execution.

Pay: Php120,000.00 - Php150,000.00 per month
