General Manager Commercial Operations

Role & responsibilities:

• Overall leadership and execution of business strategy
• Full P&L, budgeting, and financial oversight
• Oversight of edible oils production, quality, and plant efficiency
• End-to-end supply chain and procurement management
• Lead and develop the management team
• Ensure compliance, safety, and operational excellence

Preferred candidate profile

• 1015 years total professional experience
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Strong expertise in Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations
• Technical knowledge of edible oils and production processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or related field
• MBA or equivalent is an advantage
