General Manager - Electronics

Role & responsibilities

Drive revenue, profitability & market share growth
Own end-to-end P&L for the Consumer Electronics business
Lead regional sales teams and after-sales operations
Build strategic partnerships with leading CE brands
Develop business strategies, category expansion & pricing plans
Optimize inventory, supply chain & commercial performance
Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Operations & Supply Chain teams
Drive customer experience, business transformation & innovation

Preferred candidate profile

12+ years of experience in Consumer Electronics, Retail, FMCG, Distribution, or Large Multi-location Sales organizations
7+ years in senior leadership managing large sales teams
Strong experience in P&L Management, Category Management & Business Strategy
Expertise in Retail Operations, Commercial Management & Brand Partnerships
MBA/Postgraduate qualification preferred
