General Manager-EPC (Commerical Tower)

Role & responsibilities

• Lead execution of commercial high-rise/tower projects from structure to handover.
• Manage RCC, finishing, MEP coordination, and overall site execution activities.
• Drive construction schedules, contractor performance, quality, and productivity.
• Conduct regular project review meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Faade execution including curtain wall systems, unitized glazing, ACP, and external faade works.
• Coordinate with faade consultants, architects, structural teams, and faade contractors for design, shop drawings, approvals, and execution planning.
• Monitor faade installation progress, quality standards, safety compliance, mock-ups, and waterproofing requirements.
