General Manager - Extended Hour Baker

This is a hands on leadership role for someone who understands high-volume operations, thrives in food production, and knows how to build a team that delivers an exceptional customer experience every single day.

• Experience managing food quality, safety, and inventory
• Previous restaurant, bakery, café, or food production management experience
• The ability to lead in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Proven leadership and team-building skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:

• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met
• Manage scheduling, labor, ordering, and inventory
• Lead, coach, and develop a large team
• Oversee daily bakery operations
• Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience while driving operational excellence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
