General Manager ( FnB Restaurant Multi Outlet )

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager for our FnB Restaurant Multi Outlet operation based in Jakarta. This is a full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to lead and oversee the strategic direction, operational excellence, and financial performance of our multi-outlet restaurant portfolio. As General Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth, ensuring consistent brand standards across all locations, and creating an engaging work environment that attracts and retains top talent. This role is pivotal in achieving our organisational objectives and will require strong leadership capabilities, commercial acumen, and a passion for the food and beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of multiple restaurant outlets, ensuring consistency in service quality, food standards, and customer experience across all locations
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets, profitability goals, and market expansion objectives
• Manage budgets, P&L statements, and financial performance across all outlets, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth
• Lead, recruit, and develop high-performing management and operational teams across all restaurant locations
• Establish and maintain quality control standards for food preparation, presentation, and service delivery across the entire multi-outlet operation
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching and mentorship to outlet managers, and foster a positive company culture
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure optimal procurement practices, supply chain efficiency, and cost management
• Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for menu innovation and service enhancement
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements across all outlets
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and take corrective actions when necessary
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of all outlets to maintain brand consistency and operational standards

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 8-10 years of progressive management experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably managing multi-outlet restaurant operations
• Proven track record of successfully managing P&L, budgets, and achieving financial targets in a complex, multi-location environment
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety, health regulations, and quality control standards
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic business plans that drive growth and profitability
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of financial management, cost control, and revenue optimization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Proven experience in managing supply chain, vendor relationships, and procurement negotiations
• Knowledge of the Jakarta market and understanding of local consumer preferences and dining trends
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field is advantageous
