GENERAL MANAGER - COUNTRY TECHNICAL & CORE BANKING

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide senior technical leadership for the company’s core banking solutions and relate banking technologies.
• Provide expert guidance on core banking platform’s, banking processes, technical solutions, and implementation approaches
• Establish and maintain technical standards, architecture principles, and implementations best practices.
• Provide technical oversight for Core Banking implementations and major customer engagements.
• Ensure technical solutions are aligned with customer requirements, product capabilities, and implementation standards.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Development, QA, and customer teams to ensure successful implementations.
• Build technical capability, succession and leadership within the team.
• Mentor Solution Architects, Technical Leads and senior technical resources.
• Provide technical input to the Managing Director and Executive CTO on customer opportunities, resource requirements.
• Support commercial opportunities by providing technical assessment and solution direction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Banking and Finance, preferably with Masteral’s degree, with knowledge in Core Banking business, has strong knowledge and background in Information Technology, Computer Science or Computer Engineering if any,
• Also open to Information Technology, Computer Science and Computer Engineering courses with background in the Core Banking industry.
• With at least 5+ years of experience in the Banking industry related to Core Banking implementations.
• Experience in managing or leading senior technical teams.
• Strong experience in solution architecture, technical governance, and implementation of risk management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, customer engagement, ang leadership skills.

SALARY GRADE IS NEGOTIABLE BASED ON WORK EXPERIENCES

Pay: Php75,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
