General Manager (GM)

About the role

Overall management of Gelato / Café and Restaurant Operations business.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and set sales, profit, and business growth targets
• Oversee and control operations across all branches
• Manage Operation teams and branch managers
• Analyze Sales, Cost, P&L and KPI of the business
• Plan new branch openings and business expansion
• Develop service standards and Customer Experience
• Coordinate with executives and all departments
• Develop Business Strategy to increase sales and drive brand growth

About you

• Experience at GM / Operations Manager / Area Manager level in F&B, Café, Restaurant or Dessert business
• Experience managing multiple branches (highly considered)
• Understanding of P&L, Sales, Cost Control and Business Development
• Strong leadership ability to manage and develop teams
• Strong English communication skills
• Business mindset with ability to make quick decisions and solve problems
• Strategic thinking and ability to execute plans
