We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager - Hotel to lead and oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk management, guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments.
• Lead and supervise hospitality teams, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and professional development.
• Manage hospitality operations budgets, including revenue management, expense control, and financial planning to maximize profitability.
• Implement and uphold hotel management standards, guest service protocols, and property management system (PMS) procedures to ensure consistent quality.
• Develop strategic plans for revenue growth through effective marketing initiatives, pricing strategies, and occupancy optimization.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, hotel policies, and industry standards to maintain a secure and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike.
• Cultivate strong guest relations by addressing concerns promptly, enhancing guest experiences, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff scheduling to maintain a motivated team.
• Utilize hospitality reservation systems efficiently to manage bookings and optimize room occupancy rates.
• Conduct regular audits of night audit processes and front desk operations to ensure accuracy in financial transactions and reporting.
• Maintain excellent communication across departments through managerial meetings, updates on operational goals, and performance feedback.

Experience

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a strong background in overseeing multi-department teams.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Extensive knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS), property management systems (PMS), and hospitality reservation platforms.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, revenue streams, cost controls, and financial reporting within the hospitality industry.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff while maintaining high standards of customer service excellence.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions across diverse markets.
• Experience in resort or luxury hotel environments is preferred but not required; a background in night audit procedures is advantageous.
• Excellent managerial communication skills combined with proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette.
