General Manager – Hotel Operations

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced General Manager - Hotel Operations to lead hospitality responsibilities for a growing business or client assignment. The role combines commercial and operational ownership, with responsibility for teams, targets, customer experience, budgets and day-to-day business performance. The person will be expected to translate business objectives into practical plans, review performance through clear metrics, coach team members, manage internal and external stakeholders and step in to resolve issues when priorities change. Depending on the assignment, the role may involve revenue ownership, key accounts, vendor or partner management, budgeting, process improvement and regular management reporting. We are looking for someone who has handled similar responsibilities in a structured organisation, communicates confidently and is comfortable balancing commercial goals with customer experience and team development. The role is based in Delhi or Jaipur and requires 12-18 years of relevant experience.
