General Manager (Hourly)

The Juicy Crab is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations across both Front of House and Back of House. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can run a high-volume seafood restaurant with precision, consistency, and strong people leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all frontofhouse and backofhouse operations during shifts
• Lead, schedule, and develop servers, bartenders, hosts, kitchen staff, and supervisors
• Ensure consistent food quality, service standards, and guest satisfaction
• Manage labor costs, food costs, and overall shift profitability
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues quickly and professionally
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation compliance (Georgia DPH standards)
• Oversee cash handling, POS reconciliation, and nightly closeout procedures
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training across all positions
• Step in on the floor or in the kitchen as needed during peak periods

Requirements:

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience, with BOTH FOH and BOH experience required
• Proven track record managing highvolume, fastpaced dining operations (seafood/boil experience a strong plus)
• ServSafe Food Manager certification required
• Strong leadership, conflictresolution, and communication skills
• Solid understanding of P&L, labor cost management, and inventory control
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable, handson, and able to lead by example on a busy floor and line

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience
