General Manager Maintenance

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Oversee the maintenance of textile manufacturing facilities, ensuring optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime.
• Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes that drive business results.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

Job Requirements :

• 15-30 years of experience in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including motors, generators, transformers, etc.
• Experience in textile manufacturing or a similar industry is preferred.
