General Manager - Mango

The General Manager will oversee the overall business performance, driving sales growth, operational excellence, profitability, and customer experience. This role will lead cross-functional teams including Retail Operations, Merchandising and Finance to ensure the successful execution of the brand's commercial strategy.

The ideal candidate is a strong business leader with experience in fashion retail, retail operations, and people management.

Key Responsibilities

Business Leadership

• Develop and execute annual business plans to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Drive sustainable business growth while maintaining brand standards.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve business performance.
• Present business reviews and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Retail Operations

• Ensure operational excellence across all stores.
• Improve store productivity, customer satisfaction, and compliance.
• Lead initiatives that enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Commercial Strategy

• Collaborate with Merchandising and Marketing to optimize assortment
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
• Drive commercial initiatives that maximize revenue.

Leadership

• Lead, coach, and develop department heads.
• Build a high-performing culture focused on accountability and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Experience managing multi-store retail operations.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
