Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager / General Manager Manufacturing to lead manufacturing operations, project execution, costing, and client management activities. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in pressure vessel manufacturing, welding processes, project management, and customer handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall manufacturing operations including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Handle estimation and costing for manufacturing projects.
• Manage Project Management Group (PMG) activities and ensure timely project completion.
• Oversee design, fabrication, and manufacturing processes for pressure vessels.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards.
• Strong understanding of welding processes, fabrication techniques, and manufacturing workflows.
• Handle client communication, customer relationship management, and project coordination.
• Manage internal teams including production, design, quality, and project teams.
• Support company registration processes, business development, and marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with customers for technical discussions, project updates, and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10–12 years of experience in manufacturing/project management, preferably in pressure vessel or heavy engineering industry.
• Strong knowledge of pressure vessel design, fabrication, and manufacturing.
• Experience in estimation, costing, and project execution.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Strong client handling and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Gujarati candidates preferred.

Education Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• Relevant experience in manufacturing and project management will be considered.
