Duties

• Lead and manage the overall operations of the MRO division, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategic objectives
• Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to enhance sales, market share, and profitability
• Oversee profit & loss management, conducting detailed financial analysis using Excel data analysis tools to inform decision-making
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives utilizing lean management principles to optimize workflows and reduce waste
• Manage key client relationships, ensuring superior customer service and satisfaction through proactive communication and tailored solutions
• Coordinate project management efforts for large-scale initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
• Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team through effective managerial communication, training, and leadership development
• Conduct operational reviews and oversee business development activities to expand market presence and revenue streams

Skills

• Proven management experience with a strong background in business management and operational oversight
• Expertise in profit & loss analysis coupled with financial management skills for strategic planning and resource allocation
• Advanced proficiency in Excel data analysis for informed decision-making and reporting
• Demonstrated project management capabilities with a focus on process improvement and lean management techniques
• Strong leadership qualities with experience managing executive-level teams and supervising diverse staff groups

Pay: $96,700.00 - $117,000.00 per year
