General Manager - Night Club

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of night club operations, including event planning, guest services, and facility management
• Lead and supervise staff across departments such as security, bartenders, servers, and technical crew to ensure seamless teamwork
• Manage shift scheduling, staffing levels, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for equipment maintenance, supplies, and special event needs
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures to uphold safety standards, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance
• Monitor financial performance by managing budgets, controlling costs, and analyzing sales reports; prepare detailed reports for senior management
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, timely problem resolution, and maintaining a lively yet safe environment

Qualifications

• Proven experience in nightclub or event venue management with demonstrated leadership capabilities
• Strong background in events management and hospitality operations
• Excellent management skills with experience supervising diverse teams in high-pressure settings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for report writing, scheduling, and communication purposes
• Skilled in operational management including budgeting, cash handling, and shift oversight
• Knowledge of technical systems used in nightclubs such as sound & lighting controls is advantageous
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and safety protocols
• Valid first aid and CPR certification; ability to respond swiftly to emergencies
• Experience with resort or large-scale entertainment venues is preferred
• Prior assistant manager or managerial decision-making experience demonstrating strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
