General Manager - NZ

Reporting directly to the CEO and as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you'll take the driver's seat of Manheim New Zealand, leading a diverse national business that's already moving at pace.

From vehicle remarketing and salvage to industrial, vendor services and online sales, you'll have full accountability for performance and growth. Leading an experienced leadership team, you'll build strong customer relationships, spot opportunities around the next corner and help chart a course for the business's future success.

About You

You're a seasoned leader who knows how to balance horsepower with handling. You combine sharp commercial instincts with an authentic leadership style, understanding when to put your foot down and when to steer a team through change.

You'll bring:

· Experience leading a multi-site or national business, with confidence navigating complex operating environments.

· Strong P&L ownership and commercial acumen, with a clear focus on performance and value creation.

· A proven track record of accelerating growth, leading transformation and delivering results.

· Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at every level.

· The ability to keep one eye on the road ahead while ensuring today's operations continue to run smoothly.
