Steve Coury Ford, a family-owned dealership in Arizona’s Rim Country, is seeking a Financial Operations Manager to work directly with ownership in driving cash flow, strengthening financial relationships, and improving overall dealership performance.

This is not a traditional Finance Manager role. This position is focused on the financial health and operational success of the entire dealership, not just deal-level production.

What You’ll Do:

• Work directly with ownership to improve cash flow and overall profitability
• Build and manage relationships with banks, lenders, and financial partners
• Secure and oversee inventory financing, floorplans, and lines of credit
• Monitor and improve cash flow cycles and capital utilization
• Identify opportunities to increase gross, turn, and operational efficiency
• Assist in inventory strategy and acquisition decisions
• Support and help oversee daily dealership operations across departments
• Act as a key decision-maker in financial and operational strategy

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong background in automotive dealership operations, finance, or lending
• Deep understanding of how dealerships generate and manage cash flow
• Experience working with banks, credit lines, or floorplan lenders
• Someone who thinks like an operator, not just a department manager
• Ability to be both strategic and hands-on
• Leadership mindset with desire to grow into a larger role
