Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for factory operations ; production, quality, dispatch, HR, admin
• Set and monitor production targets, budgets, and cost control
• Oversee coordination between all departments (production, quality, planning, dispatch, HR)
• Drive operational efficiency and process improvements across the facility
• Handle vendor/supplier relationships and raw material procurement oversight
• Ensure compliance with factory laws, safety norms, and statutory requirements
• Report to management/ownership on performance, issues, and growth plans
• Manage manpower planning, staffing levels, and departmental heads
• Resolve escalated operational or interdepartmental issues
• Drive strategic decisions ; capacity expansion, new equipment, cost optimization
