General Manager - Operations

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and hands-on CEO to lead the overall management, growth, profitability and operational excellence of an established Defence Electronics MSME.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development across Defence, Aerospace, Naval, Satellite Communication and Power Electronics markets.
• Manage Defence customers, tenders, RFQs/RFPs, strategic partnerships and business growth.
• Lead Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement and end-to-end Project Execution.
• Manage financial performance, profitability, quality, compliance and operational efficiency.
• Build teams, strengthen systems and develop a 3–5 year strategic growth roadmap.

Requirements

• 10–20 years of relevant experience in Defence Electronics, Power Electronics, Aerospace, Electronics Manufacturing, Communication Systems or related industries.
• Previous experience as CEO / COO / Business Head / Unit Head / GM / VP / Plant Head / Profit Centre Head preferred.
• Experience managing a business unit, SME/MSME, plant, division or complete profit centre.
• Strong Defence industry exposure and knowledge of Defence procurement, tenders and customer requirements.
• Strong leadership, commercial acumen, negotiation, customer relationship and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
