Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and strategic General Manager - Operations to lead our team and oversee all aspects of our daily operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth through effective leadership, process improvements, and exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, project management expertise, and proven supervisory experience to elevate our company’s performance.

Duties

• Lead and coordinate all operational activities to ensure seamless execution of event rentals and services
• Drive sales initiatives and business development efforts to expand market presence and client base
• Oversee project management processes from planning through delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget
• Supervise team members across departments, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional growth
• Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality
• Develop strategic plans aligned with company goals to increase revenue and operational excellence
• Maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and quality control throughout all operations

Skills

• Proven experience in sales and business development within a service-oriented industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively and motivate staff
• Excellent project management capabilities with a focus on process improvement
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans and execute them successfully
• Exceptional communication skills for engaging clients, vendors, and team members
• Ability to analyze operational data for informed decision-making
• Knowledge of industry best practices in event services or rental operations is a plus

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:

• General Manager or Assistant General Manager: 1 year (required)
• Warehouse: 2 years (required)

Work Location: In person
