General Manager - Operations

• Oversee end-to-end operations of scaffolding projects, rentals, and site activities.
• Ensure timely deployment, erection, dismantling, and movement of scaffolding materials.
• Manage operations, site teams, manpower, equipment, and logistics efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Monitor project timelines, costs, productivity, and resource utilization.
• Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Purchase, Stores, and Finance teams.
• Optimize inventory and reduce material loss, damage, and operational costs.
• Resolve site issues and ensure timely customer support.
• Monitor team performance and drive operational efficiency.
• Achieve operational, profitability, safety, and customer satisfaction targets.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
