General Manager - Operations

We are seeking an experienced General Manager – Operations to oversee daily operations, coordinate departments and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and coordinate with project, sales, administration and support teams.
• Develop and implement operating procedures.
• Monitor budgets, resource allocation and team performance.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Present operational reports and improvement plans to management.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate or equivalent with 8–10 years of experience.
• Strong leadership, planning and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across departments.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
