Role Overview

Prixgen is looking for a senior General Manager – Operations with proven experience as a Delivery Head / Head of ERP Delivery in an ERP implementation environment. This is a senior execution and leadership role responsible for ensuring that ERP projects are delivered on time, within agreed scope and budget, with effective resource utilization and strong customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will act as the key execution link between the CEO/Management and the ERP delivery organization, providing operational control across Project Management, Functional Consulting, Development, QA/Testing, Support and related delivery functions.

Mandatory Experience – Critical Requirement

Must have previously worked as a Delivery Head, Head of Delivery, ERP Delivery Manager, Program Delivery Head or equivalent senior ERP delivery leadership role.

Mandatory experience in managing end-to-end ERP implementation projects, not only software development or general IT operations.

Must have managed multiple ERP implementation projects and delivery teams simultaneously.

Must have direct experience with project governance, resource planning, delivery risk management, customer escalations, project profitability and delivery performance.

Experience managing cross-functional ERP teams comprising Project Managers, Functional Consultants, Developers, QA/Testing and Support teams.

Candidates whose background is limited to HR, administration, generic operations, software development or non-ERP project management will not be considered.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
