Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the plant, ensuring smooth production planning, execution, and control.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality across all manufacturing processes.
• Manage a team of supervisors, engineers, and operators to achieve operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to supply chain management, logistics, and procurement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-20 years of experience in factory operations or manufacturing operations in the iron & steel industry.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proven track record of improving process efficiency by implementing new technologies or procedures.

1. Production & Operations

• Oversee hardware production, assembly, and system integration.
• Ensure production planning, quality control, and cost optimization.
• Coordinate between Production, Sales, and Logistics for timely delivery.
• Improve operational efficiency and turnaround time.

2. Logistics & Supply Chain

• Manage inventory planning and vendor coordination.
• Oversee domestic and international dispatch operations.
• Ensure cost-effective transportation and delivery.
• Monitor supply chain risks and vendor performance.

3. Sales & Customer Management

• Oversee domestic and international sales operations.
• Ensure coordination between Sales, Design, and Delivery teams.
• Strengthen key account management and customer retention.
• Handle major client escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track order execution from sales to delivery.

4. Customer Support & Relationship Management

• Ensure strong post-sales support and service delivery.
• Monitor service response time and issue resolution.
• Collect customer feedback for product and service improvements.
• Improve long-term customer relationships and retention.

5. Human Resources & Organization Development

• Oversee recruitment planning based on business growth.
• Strengthen performance management and employee productivity.
• Ensure employee engagement, training, and leadership development.
• Maintain organizational culture and policy compliance.

6. IT Support & Infrastructure

• Ensure smooth internal IT operations, network security, and data protection.
• Oversee IT asset management and system upgrades.
• Support digital automation and ERP/CRM implementation.

7. Facility Management & Administration

• Oversee office infrastructure, utilities, and maintenance.
• Manage vendor services, security, and workplace safety.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.

8. International Procurement, Import & Export

• Manage global vendor sourcing and procurement.
• Handle import/export documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Optimize international purchasing costs and timelines.
• Support global expansion and distribution initiatives.

9. Exhibitions, Events & Branding

• Plan participation in national and international exhibitions and trade shows.
• Oversee product demonstrations, marketing materials, and event execution.
• Strengthen company branding, digital presence, and market visibility.
• Evaluate ROI from marketing campaigns and events.

10. Testing, Quality & Certifications

• Ensure strong QA processes across software and hardware.
• Maintain quality standards for all deliverables.
• Oversee ISO, CE, and other certification processes.
• Ensure documentation readiness for audits and compliance.
