General Manager / Outlet Manager / Shift Supervisor

Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The General Manager / Outlet Manager / Shift Supervisor oversees daily operations, ensures adherence to internal policies and relevant regulatory standards, and maintains high levels of service quality and efficiency. Responsibilities include coordinating staff schedules, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and supporting team members through coaching and guidance. The role also involves managing customer or stakeholder interactions, handling escalations, and ensuring issues are resolved promptly and professionally. Additional tasks include tracking operational metrics, preparing basic reports, supporting budgeting and resource planning, and collaborating with senior leadership to improve processes and workplace safety.

Qualifications

• Operational leadership skills, including team supervision, shift coordination, and performance monitoring.
• Experience in outlet or facility management, including basic budgeting, resource allocation, and process improvement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities, documentation, and reporting requirements.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, demonstrating reliability, self-management, and proficiency with digital tools.
• Understanding of compliance, basic regulatory frameworks, or governance practices; experience with data protection or public sector work is an advantage.
• Prior experience in supervisory or managerial roles within operations, retail, hospitality, or administrative environments preferred.
• Relevant post-secondary education in management, business administration, public administration, or a related field is beneficial.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Slovak or other languages is an advantage.
