Role - General Manager

Location: Lilongwe, Malawi
Reporting To: Directors

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage factory support functions including accounts, administration, and commercial operations.
• Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory standards.
• Supervise day-to-day administrative activities and ensure smooth internal operations.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for commercial matters.
• Monitor budgets, cost controls, and financial reporting.
• Support strategic decision-making and provide regular updates to the Directors.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams.
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments preferred.
