What they need
📋 ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead our flagship waterfront destination — one of the largest, most dynamic mixed-use properties in the country. You will own full strategic and operational accountability, steering the property toward market leadership, financial excellence, and community distinction.
This is the highest leadership role on-site: you will set the vision, build the culture, drive revenue growth, elevate tenant and guest experience, and serve as the public face of the destination to stakeholders, government, and the community. You will lead a diverse team across leasing, operations, marketing, finance, security, and engineering — uniting them around a shared standard of world-class excellence.
✅ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategic Leadership & Financial Performance
- Lead end-to-end management of the property — P&L, capital planning, revenue optimization, and long-term value enhancement
- Set annual business plans, occupancy targets, rental growth, and yield strategies; deliver sustained financial results aligned with portfolio goals
- Oversee leasing, tenant mix curation, renewals, and expansion — ensuring the destination remains relevant, vibrant, and commercially strong
- Monitor budget execution, cost efficiency, and capital project delivery; make data-driven decisions that balance growth with fiscal discipline
2. Operations, Standards & Experience Excellence
- Establish and enforce premium service, safety, and maintenance standards across all areas — engineering, security, soft services, guest relations, and tenant support
- Ensure facilities are impeccably maintained, safe, and accessible; lead preventive and capital improvement programs that protect and enhance asset value
- Drive a culture of hospitality — every interaction, public space, and event reflects warmth, professionalism, and pride of place
- Oversee emergency preparedness, regulatory compliance, and government relations — maintain strong standing with LGU, national agencies, and industry bodies
3. Stakeholder, Tenant & Community Leadership
- Build and nurture trusted partnerships with anchor tenants, brand partners, concessionaires, and business owners — collaborative growth is the foundation of success
- Serve as the primary representative to media, government, civic groups, and the public — embody integrity, vision, and approachability
- Lead community engagement, sustainability initiatives, and inclusive programs that make the destination a vital part of the local landscape
- Chair regular tenant and partner forums; listen, align, and act together toward shared prosperity
4. People & Culture
- Lead, inspire, and develop a leadership team and workforce of hundreds — foster a culture of respect, accountability, recognition, and continuous growth
- Hire, mentor, and empower department heads; set clear goals and create a supportive environment where people thrive
- Champion diversity, well-being, and professional development — build a destination that people are proud to work at as much as they are proud to visit
- Model the highest standards of integrity, decisiveness, and empathy in every interaction
