General Manager Personal Assistant

1. Check email for GM every day.

2. Apply Payment Application (PA) for GM’s monthly expenses bills or receipts.

3. Drive company car (Exclusive car of GM) to pick up GM from GM’s residence & office and vice versa or to send GM to any places as per requested.

4. Arrange & set meetings for all sections/departments in weekly, fortnightly & monthly; inform/ send notice & reminder/ send reminder related staffs to join meeting on time.

5. Join all arranged meetings & note down any follow up summary points during meetings, then share out the follow up summary to related departments/staffs within the same week.

6. Follow up & push to complete pending tasks or submit paperwork before deadline or required date/time set. Compiled weekly & monthly reports from Department or sections and submit on time to GM for review & approval.

7. Receiving daily & screening every paperwork/document (non- confidential) with requirement or completed attachments (correct version) before submission to GM for signing/approval & return back signed/approved documents to related staffs.

8. Receive & execute any instructions from GM & make sure staffs has executed work according to GM’s requirement. Report emergency situation to GM if any.

9. Proactive in implementing & maintaining procedure/administrative systems within the company. Resolving workplace issues with position authority. Make sure company is running as usual & increasing company efficiency to be a GROWING company.

10. Ad hoc assigned by General Manager.

Requirement

1. Must posses driving license.
