Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on General Manager to oversee daily operations at our busy neighborhood pizzeria. The GM will manage staff, ensure smooth kitchen and counter operations, maintain food quality, and lead the evening rush.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations
• Create employee schedules and supervise staff
• Hire and train team members
• Oversee inventory and place food orders
• Ensure quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction
• Assist in kitchen or counter during busy periods
• Handle closing procedures and cash management

Requirements

• Previous pizzeria management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
